As an integrative counsellor, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Each person is unique, and so are the challenges they face.

I tailor my approach to suit you - your personality, your experiences,

and your needs.

By combining elements from different therapeutic approaches, I create a flexible and personalised framework to help you navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts and emotions, work through your difficulties, and discover strategies that empower you to move forward with confidence.

Whether you're seeking support for a specific issue or looking to better understand yourself, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey to healing and growth.

Flexible, Integrative Counselling

Recognising that the traditional 50-minute session may not suit everyone, where appropriate I offer the option of extended sessions.

For those who find a traditional counselling room limiting, I also offer walk-and-talk therapy, combining the benefits of movement and conversation in a more relaxed, natural setting.

Together, we'll create a space that works best for you.

in-person

in-person counseling fosters better connection, non-verbal communication, and a focused, supportive environment for effective therapeutic engagement.

evening appointments

Evening appointments are available to provide flexibility, convenience, ensure therapy fits into your busy lifestyle.

walking therapy

walking counseling involves holding therapeutic sessions outdoors, allowing nature to foster a relaxed, open environment.

counselling at your own pace

I don't limit counselling by number of appointments or duration so that you receive the counselling you need need at a pace suitable for you.

extended sessions

extended counselling sessions lasting 90 minutes, providing you with the time and space to explore your concerns at your pace.

Psychotherapy

is counselling for me?

People seek counselling for a variety of reasons—perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or low in mood. You might be dealing with challenges like relationship issues, grief, past or current trauma, or difficulties at work. Sometimes, the cause of your distress might not even be clear; you feel that something needs to shift to feel more content and in control of your life.

Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore these feelings without judgment. A counsellor won’t tell you what to do but will listen deeply, helping you to understand yourself and your circumstances better. Through this process, you may find relief and gain clarity, enabling you to take steps, big or small, that can lead to meaningful and positive changes in your life.
